The maker
From Oakland to Kitty Hawk.
Julie learned to knit while studying in Salzburg, ran her own knitwear company in the 1980s and designed sweaters for yarn companies and magazines before starting Cocoknits in 2007. She developed the top-down, seamless Cocoknits Method and teaches across the US and Europe.
