From Lochem to Kitty Hawk.

Jan Louët Feisser, a designer, became fascinated by spinning-wheel mechanics after being asked to repair one, and set out to build a wheel from modern plywood and ball bearings, the S10. He founded Louët BV with Clemens Claessen on 1 October 1974; Clemens retired in 2007 and Jan in 2022.
