Felted Purse Series with Carol Beal

Come and join Carol Beal at Peaceful Making for a class series to make felted purses. Enjoy learning from an amazing artist while making a cute felted purse for your daily use! Sign up now as spots are limited! Class dates are 6/6, 6/20, and 7/11. Attendance at all sessions is necessary to complete the project. 

6/6 will be creating the felted purse. This will be wet felting the item. Participants will leave with a custom framework of felt to create the purse with. 

6/20 will be sewing up the purse and creating the kumihimo strap. Participants will be creating a beautiful strap for the purse with the kumihimo method and sewing up the purse. The basic purse will be completed after this session.

7/11 will be decorating and embellishing the purse. This session will be about felting add ons and decorations onto the purse to make it a one of a kind beauty. This is the final session of the class.
